randomcrash: the LRC launcher
Use this as a helper for env LD_PRELOAD=... LRC_CONFIG=...
things.
When compiled with LRC_DEBUG, will enable -l
command line option,
which will use librandomcrash.so from the build directory instead
of
the install prefix.
