tests: add tests for library wrapper functions
To avoid awkward situations in lrc-libc.h functions, create
some
testcases, which will help detect possible regressions. Future
wrappers should be added together with corresponding testcases.
The tests/lrc-libc.c is pretty much self-explanatory. Use
existing
testcases for examples.
